OUR YOGA
I rediscovered yoga during my first pregnancy where it all suddenly just clicked - the link between my body, my breath, my baby. Our classes are not about headstands or touching toes nor do you need to be flexible. We provide a relaxed, non-judgemental space to discover a little more about yourself whether it is how to exercise safely in pregnancy, rebuild postnatal strength or build confidence in your own practice.

PREGNANCY YOGA

Learn breathing, relaxation and active labour techniques. Suitable for 2nd / 3rd trimester.
POSTNATAL YOGA

Friday 10am
A chance to bond with baby and regain your fitness. Suitable from 6 weeks postpartum.
BEGINNERS/ IMPROVERS
