YOGA FOR YOU, BUMP AND BABY
I rediscovered yoga during my first pregnancy where it all suddenly just clicked - the link between my body, my breath, my baby. Our classes are not about headstands or touching toes nor do you need to be flexible. We provide a relaxed, non-judgemental space to discover a little more about yourself whether it is how to exercise safely in pregnancy, rebuild postnatal strength or build confidence in your own practice.

Yoganic offers specific sequences and the positive reinforcement you need, so that you can concentrate on getting your body and mind into the state you desire. Learn breathing, relaxation and active labour techniques. Suitable for 2nd / 3rd trimester.
