How do I book a space?
Follow the link above to the Yoganic Booking site (via GoTeamUp) and sign up by adding your email address. Once you have signed up head over to the Class Passes section and select the one appropriate for you, for example, "Pregnancy 6 week Class Pass", "Online Class Pass", etc. You will then be given instructions on how to purchase the pass and it will be added to your Yoganic account. Once you have your class pass you can register for your classes, please do this as soon as possible to guarantee your space in class.
How do I register for class?
On your account you will have a section that will show your "memberships/class passes". Each pass will have details on which classes it can and can't be used for. To register for a class either head to the calendar and select a class or hit the reservations button. You can register for one class at a time or multiple classes up to 5 weeks in advance.
What if I need to cancel my space?
Log in to your account and either head to the calendar or registration section. You will then be able to remove yourself from class. Please do so even if it is passed the cancellation cut off as we often have a waiting list and this will allow another person to join instead.

Classes are booked in 6 week rolling blocks suitable from 12weeks all the way up to your due date (and sometimes a bit over!). Please agree at the start of your block any dates you cannot attend. ARRIVING AT CLASS
What should I wear?
Loose, comfortable clothing that is easy to move around in and not restrictive. A layer for savasana (relaxation) at the end of you don’t have blanket. There is no need to buy any special kit although generally maternity leggings are a good buy, I lived in mine!
What do I need to bring?
Water is a must as you are more prone to dehydration during pregnancy and if breastfeeding. Previously all equipment was provided but under new Covid19 guidance this is now very limited. If you have your own mat, (small) pillow and blanket please do bring this along.
For classes with babies, you are welcome to bring their favourite toy and a blanket for them to lie on.
Do you have any kit for sale/ hire?
If you do not have your own kit we can provide a rental kit as part of your membership. The cost is £10 (fully refundable at the end of your block). and includes mat, pillow and blanket. Blocks are available for additional £5. You can store this kit at the studio, or take it home, it will only be used by you.
Alternatively we can advise on kit to purchase and have access to discount from suppliers. Please let us know with as much notice so we can place orders in advance of class.
