Prepare your body and mind for labour and birth through a series of relaxing, supportive and strength building techniques.

POSTNATAL YOGA

Rebuild, recharge and relax - help ease that transition in to parenthood surrounded by likeminded supportive women.

YOGA FOR YOU (BEGINNERS)
Thursday 7.35pm

Focus on the present moment. Among its many benefits, this popular class is based on the belief that mental and physical health are interrelated, and should be conditioned together.
