Prepare your body and mind through a series of relaxing, supportive and strength building techniques.
Each session is adapted to support you and your growing bump throughout pregnancy helping you to deal with the emotional and physical changes the journey in to motherhood can bring. Maintain your fitness safely during each trimester as well as learning some new techniques specific to labour and birth:
We learn breathing techniques to help assist you through the different stages of labour. 79% of our mummies said that this was the most powerful thing they had in their birth toolbox.
We guide you through Yoga Nidra (Relaxation techniques) to calm your mind and allow space for your body to release tension and adjust to pregnancy.
We cover a different antenatal topic each week to build into your Birth Toolkit. Discussing everything from self help pain relief to birth plans. We do not have a medical background but we offer the chance to digest and apply information to your situation giving you the confidence to ask questions and be in control. We are women who have birthed, who have families, who love to support other women.
Of course we have yoga too!
Specifically designed to help ease out those pregnancy niggles and optimise techniques for active labour. You will be given alternatives where appropriate and we always work with you to maximise your range of movement.
Ran in 6 week blocks starting as soon as there is space. Suitable from 12 weeks (or after your first scan) in a relaxed and welcoming class. Meet other mums to be and maintain your fitness whilst your bump grows.
