Focus on the present moment. Among its many benefits, this popular class is based on the belief that mental and physical health are interrelated, and should be conditioned together.

All of the classes at Yoganic attempt to coordinate breathing and physical movement, improve focus and concentration, and help participants regain control of their body and mind.

Yoga for You - Suitable for beginners and intermediates. Guiding you through a weekly practice to stretch the mind and body. Ideal for resetting after little ones are in bed.

Yoga Flow - a more fiery flow with a little more pace. This class is a vinyasa style flow, suitable for all levels, working on building strength, flexibility as well as cultivating mindfulness through meditation in movement.

Our classes begin with a gentle flow and gently build momentum each week as we are guided by the individuals present in class. Don't worry if you have never done yoga before or if it has been a while, our classes will reintroduce you to your yoga.

We also run specific Beginners workshops and courses as well as those for the more advanced. All levels welcome.
